I expected ROI using ERP, but contents of this book are different what I thought.When we think about ROI, we expect a kind of KPI(Key Performance Indicator) using ERP.

This book provides specific strategies that individuals can employ immediately to increase their personal influence on ERP projects in a positive way. I read the book shortly before rolling onto a new SAP implementation, and I find that I use some of its core strategies over and over, and I will continue to refer to it moving forward.

The author brought a unique perspective to how software applications are selected and implemented within the organizations. As the economy gets back on track, many organizations should consider adopting the principles laid out in this book to empower their organization and yield maximum value from their investments and minimize missed expectations.
