This book is the best book about Leadership that I have ever read. Chuck Swindoll is an amazing author, quick of wit, forceful, careful to document facts, holds your attention.

We used this book as a text book in a course in school so we really studied it in depth and I can not tell you how much we have to learn from Nehemiah! I have been in management and leadership for many years, and I did not realize how many mistakes I have made, and how I have been doing so many things for the wrong reasons.

I have struggled with negative thoughts over past few years! Which basically means as time has gone by I have not been the leader that I was or use to be and want to be again!
