While I enjoyed the parts where the author actually taught us something about the myths about what the Bible really says, it seems that the author spends too much time on a subject that a book like this should not even address. I'm talking about defending the Christian Bible (and Christians) from invisible attackers.

If you are one to hold steadfastly to a belief, this book is not for you. It consists of facts as well as theories.

One of the big problems is that the book often doesn't actually say many these things are incorrect. For example, with the idea that David and Jonathon are homosexual lovers, the author straight out says that we can never know, and gives many of the reasons some postulate that they were lovers without countering them.
